These terms apply to services provided by Zachary Hensley, a sole proprietor doing business as Copper Crow Ink, located at 21120 Timberlake Road E, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
We provide custom tattoo design, fine line and script tattoos, black and grey tattoos, color and American traditional tattoos, cover-ups and reworks, and tattoo consultations.
Copper Crow Ink (Zachary Hensley) — when you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages confirming your tattoo appointments, reminders ahead of a scheduled appointment, and replies to questions you send us about booking or your appointment.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (434) 771-0221. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month, typically around a scheduled appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
